Arrival Procedures

1.      Upon disembarking from your flight, IAPC delegates will be directed to the International Arrival Gate where designated IAPC staff will meet you and escort you through all airport passenger clearance procedures.

2.      IAPC delegates with Visa-On-Arrival status are required to proceed to the Visa-On-Arrival Counters to pay a fee of US$ 10.00 for a ‘7-day visa' and US$ 25.00 for a ‘30-day visa' and have their passports stamped with an official Visa-On-Arrival stamp. After this you will proceed to the Immigration Checkpoint. IAPC delegates without Visa-On-Arrival status may bypass the above procedure and proceed directly to the Immigration Checkpoint.

3.      After you have completed the Immigration Checkpoint procedure, you may collect your luggage and proceed to the Customs Clearance area.

4.      As soon as you are cleared by customs officials, and as you walk toward the exit doors, other waiting IAPC staff will escort you to the taxi area or to your reserved transport (if you have reserved and paid for an airport pickup) which will take you to the Grand Hyatt Bali hotel for check-in.

Please see the airport diagram above and print this page if you wish to have this information in hand when you arrive in Bali.
